The terms and conditions for the use of LunelVintage shopify Website, located at https:/www.lunelvintage.com/, the LunelVintage's shopify website, are detailed below.

By using this website you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Lunelvintage website if you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the purchase  process, of our Customer Support in order to meet client's needs, within the legal frame in France.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the seller, LunelVintage.

LunelVintage offers second-hand glasses, either having never been worn, or having already been used and which may show signs of use. All glasses are appraised and renewed by our company. Sun lenses are either new or vintage when they are in excellent condition, and verified by our partner opticians. Vintage lenses can be made in breakable mineral glass or in organic material. Nowadays, lenses material are made in organic material, more resistant. When the client accepts the general conditions of sale, through the purchase, is automatically discharges LunelVintage all responsibilities for the lenses and the frame. The list and description of the goods and services offered by the seller can be found on the aforementionned site.

The products sold on this website are intended for daily use as (sun)glasses accessories. LunelVintage discharges itself of the consequences of using products differently.

The seller is the publisher of LunelVintage products and services exclusively intended for consumers, marketed through its website (https://lunelvintage.com/).

 Price

The prices of the products sold through the website are indicated in Euros all taxes included (€ TTC) (VAT + other possible taxes) and specified on the product description pages. The delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time in the future. Telecommunication costs necessary to access the seller's websites are borne by the customer.

Order & payment

The seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example for any abnormal request made in bad faith or for any legitimate reason.

Payment is due immediately upon order, including for pre-order products. The customer can make the payment by Paypal and by card payment. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by bank card is made by our payment service provider Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transport on the Stripe network hosted in the United States and whose general conditions of sale can be read here: https://stripe.com/en/terms.

The products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.

When the customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is up to the customer to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product delivered by opening the package in his presence (15 minutes allowed in France).

Right to retract

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception , where applicable, return costs ”. "The period mentioned in the preceding paragraph runs from the reception for the goods or the acceptance of the offer for the provision of services". The right of withdrawal can be exercisable by contacting the seller at contact@lunelvintage.fr or by the contact form on this website. To enhance the customer experience, LunelVintage will assume the shopping cost of return for products within Europe.

We guarantee a response per mail within 48 hours.

In case of return within the 14 days, the price of the product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, as well as the return shipping cost within Europe - under presentation of supporting documents.. For a product locate outside Europe, the return shipping cost will be at the customer's expenses, according to the French Consumer Code.
Product returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be remarketed in new condition; if possible, they must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.

The refund procedure is as follows: upon receipt of the product retuned by the customer, the refund is made within two weeks and on the sole condition that the product is received in intact condition by the seller. The reimbursement is made to the customer's bank account used for payment.

Hidden defect / non-compliance

In accordance with the legal provisions in terms of compliance and hidden defects, the Seller refunds or exchanges defective products or products that do not correspond to the order, provided that the Customer provides proof that the product contains a hidden defect or a lack of conformity by email at contact@lunelvintage.fr.

The seller agrees to contact the customer either by phone or per email, within 48 hours.

The customer :

- can choose between replacement, repair of the goods, discount on the good or reimbursement (accroding to the article 1644 of the French Civil Code).

- must provide proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods within six months.

The return costs are borne by LunelVintage. The company also reimburse the customer the full cost of return on simple presentation of supporting documents. The reimbursement is made to the customer's bank account used for payment within 3 weeks provided that the product is returned in intact condition.

Claim

If necessary, the Purchaser can present any complaint by contacting the seller using the following contact details: contact@lunelvintage.fr or via the site contact form, explaining the reason for the complaint, possibly illustrated by pictures or any other relevant document. We guarantee a response within 48 hours.

Privacy policy

By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you agree that we collect and use this data for the realization of this contract. By entering your email address on the website, you will receive emails containing information and promotional offers concerning products published by the seller and its partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. To do this, simply click on the link at the end of our emails or contact the LunelVintage data controller by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. We monitor attendance at all of our sites. To do this, we use tools such as Google Analytics.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data at any time.
